Starting Salary: £35,500.00 (Includes London Weighting Allowance)*

Location: Tooting

Job Type: Full Time 37.5 Hours

Flexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required.

• The opportunity to earn up to £4,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are pro-rated and based on performance against key KPIs

About The Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. You’ll be responsible for achieving financial targets, developing your team, and creating a positive, inclusive store environment where colleagues feel motivated, well-trained, and proud of their role. No prior experience with Pawnbroking is required as we offer a comprehensive training programme to ensure you feel confident and supported in all aspects of the role.
