Job summary

ProCook is hiring a Store Manager for our Ashford store in the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet. You will lead a hands‑on team on the shop floor, set daily goals, coach staff, and partner with the Regional Manager to deliver our strategy, drive KPIs, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll manage stock, merchandising, store standards, and day‑to‑day operations while fostering a positive store culture and employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ Store Manager experience (essential).
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Great operational skills.
