Job summary

ProCook in Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the store team and bring the ProCook experience to life. You will own the store, build a high-performing team, and foster a welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.

You will drive sales, create memorable experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while collaborating with your Regional Manager to deliver business objectives and sustain high standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Store Manager (essential).
• Management experience in retail or hospitality (essential).
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to use sales and KPI data to make decisions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong operational and stock management experience.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Create a positive store culture where colleagues feel supported, motivated and empowered.
• Drive sales performance and continually look for opportunities to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, merchandising, compliance and store standards.
• Use commercial insight and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering outstanding service and supporting your team when it matters most.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager to deliver business objectives and maximise store performance.
