Job summary

ProCook is launching a brand-new Cardiff St David's Centre Store in early 2027, and seeks a Store Manager to lead from day one, building a high-performing team and a strong store culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences and strong commercial results.

You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop your team, and work with your Regional Manager to hit performance targets and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across sales, stock, and standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ Store Manager experience (essential).
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Great operational skills.
