Job summary

ProCook Ltd is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our Eastbourne store to lead a high-performing team and deliver the ProCook experience. You’ll own the store, drive sales, and create a welcoming environment where colleagues and customers thrive.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, work with your Regional Manager to execute strategy, and develop people while maintaining our high standards. This full-time role offers a range of benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Manager.
• Experience in retail or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach with focus on delivering service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences daily.
• Create a positive store culture with support and motivation.
• Drive sales performance and KPI results.
• Oversee stock, merchandising, compliance and store standards.
• Use data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and support the team when needed.
