Job summary

ProCook is opening a brand‑new Newcastle Eldon Square Store in early 2027. This hands‑on leadership role will see you build a high‑performing team from day one, foster a strong store culture, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving commercial results.

You’ll lead on the shop floor, coach your team, and work with the Regional Manager to implement the strategy, hit KPIs, manage stock, merchandising and operations, and drive engagement with regular 1‑to‑1s.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years’ Store Manager experience.
• Experience in retail or hospitality is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data.
