Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Ashford is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will drive commercial results, manage budgets and oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure stock, merchandising, and safety standards are met.

You will develop colleagues through coaching and the Qualified to Advise training, fostering a health and wellness culture while leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with Regional Manager and peers to share best practice across the region.
