Job summary

Office Angels Limited is seeking a Store Manager for an established Ashford store in Kent. You will lead a 40-hour week team, on a 5-out-of-7 rota including weekends, with the store open from 10:00am to 8:00pm.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in store leadership, strong commercial awareness, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
• Proven retail or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Commercially aware with confidence in analysing sales data.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid operational management experience.
