Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager in Exeter to lead a busy store with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will drive customer excellence, manage a team, recruit and train staff, and commercially optimise the store. Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends is expected to meet customer needs.

In this role you will empower colleagues, build an inclusive culture and strengthen ties with the local community while delivering strong store performance.
