• Proven experience managing a large, fast-paced team within food retail.
• Leads through coaching, providing feedback and building trust across the store.
• Strong retail operations knowledge and passion for food retail and Market Street.
• Able to analyse store performance data and make sound commercial decisions.
• Collaborative, adaptable leadership with a focus on team development and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Set the culture: create an inclusive, high-performing environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and listened to.
• Lead from the front: spend time on the shop floor and across Market Street, coaching your team and keeping standards high.
