Morrisons invites you to join a 3-year Retail Degree Apprenticeship, earning a BSc (Hons) Retail & Business Management degree from the University of Bradford while gaining leadership experience across all store areas. You will balance work with study, including study leave, and progress toward a managerial role after completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 112 UCAS points and GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English.
• Willingness to work early starts, late finishes, weekends and bank holidays.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between stores.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the store is set up to drive sales and deliver a great customer experience.
• Spend time with colleagues to understand each area of our stores and their role.
• Support live business projects to develop project management skills.
• Learn about store trading operations and systems.
