Job summary

Morrisons offers a Manufacturing Degree Apprentice role across our sites, including Flowerworld, with a 3-year programme combining hands-on production experience and a BSc (Hons) Retail & Business Management Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Bradford.

You'll lead production teams, support peak trading times, and work on live projects to improve line efficiency. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 112 UCAS points required.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Run production lines and lead production teams.
• Provide support at Flowerworld site during peak trading times.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase production efficiency via live projects.
