Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You will run your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and store performance.

You will manage recruitment, training and development while building strong community relationships and upholding Morrisons brand standards. Hours will include early mornings, late nights and weekends as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, service-focused environments (retail/convenience/hospitality).
• Ability to coach, motivate and inspire teams to deliver great customer service.
• Resilience and problem-solving under pressure.
