Oliver Bonas in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the Area Manager and be responsible for motivating staff and achieving store KPIs.

The role is flexible with a fixed number of hours per week and conversations about working flexibly are welcome. A strong candidate will combine enthusiasm with practical leadership and a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure the success of the store and team.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate the store’s performance and identify development areas.
• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to all team members, making sure their personal objectives and the store’s objectives are being met.
• Conduct progress meetings and appraisals in a timely manner for all team members, setting them SMART goals.
