Job summary

Bravissimo Cardiff is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and deliver the Bravissimo experience in store. You will be responsible for the shop’s commercial results, staff leadership, and the daily running of the store with a strong emphasis on service and customer care.

You will motivate and develop your team, plan ahead, and adapt to change while maintaining a positive, proactive approach. This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary around £31k and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience is essential.
• Experience in lingerie sector is not required.
• Genuine occupational requirement for post holders to be female (UK Equality Act)
