Superdrug Stores is seeking a Store Manager Designate in Cardiff. You will travel between area stores, leading teams and driving customer service, sales, and store standards. This role is designed as a stepping-stone to a permanent store leadership position.

You will manage promotions, audits, budgets, stock control, and the day-to-day running of each location, with full training and support provided. A UK driving licence is preferred, and you will work a full-time, 39-hour week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Passion for customer service and sales
• Ability to travel between stores
• Full UK driving licence preferred
