Finisterre in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team, energise the local community and represent the brand in the capital.

You will manage rotas, operations and KPIs, drive sales growth, protect brand integrity, and build relationships with customers and local partners. We offer a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary up to £33,000 plus a generous benefits package and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience at Store Manager level within a premium fashion brand.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Competent with Excel, Word and Office Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Finisterre retail strategy and lead the Cardiff store team.
• Cover stores, training stores and assist with new openings.
• Execute seasonal VM plans and in-store campaigns with the VM team.
• Drive customer service excellence and uphold brand values.
