Home Bargains is seeking a Store Manager Designate to lead the Cardiff area stores. You will oversee a large retail team, drive sales, and uphold high merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Area Manager to set development goals, recruit and coach staff, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent customer service across our stores. This is a permanent role with 44 hours per week and a competitive benefits package.
