A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd. is looking for a proactive Store Manager to lead a busy SPAR store in Hillsborough. You will recruit, train, and empower a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer service and strong store performance.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, customer relationships, and sales targets, with a focus on community presence and local partnerships in Hillsborough.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in retail management with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with customers and community.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
• Ability to analyse data and drive business performance.
