Job summary

Simtrava in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, own costs, and drive a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced café environment. You will manage stock, labour, KPI reporting, training and development, and health and safety, while seizing every sales opportunity and celebrating successes along the way.

Starting pay is £31,500 per year for 42.5 hours per week, with benefits including STAR rewards, pension, gym discounts, and wellbeing support.

• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
