Job summary

Sim Trava in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to own the store P&L and drive exceptional performance.

You will lead a team with a passion for coffee and customers, manage stock, labour, cash, and training, and ensure brand standards are met while motivating the team.

• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training.
• Making sure to celebrate success along the way.
• Inspiring your team to feel valued and get involved in making the store the best it can be.
• Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn then look for trends and opportunities to grow your business.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Owning the health and safety within the store.

A commercial mind with the ability to think ahead and see the bigger picture, maximizing every sales opportunity. A keen attention to detail, ensuring compliant brand standards.
