Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Store Manager for the Babury Stroud Drive Thru. This permanent role carries a salary up to £38,000 per annum, with the opportunity to lead a team and drive store performance in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

You will own everyday operations, develop staff, and deliver exceptional service while contributing to Costa’s brand and community presence.
