Job summary

Costa Coffee is hiring a Store Manager for the Colney Fields store in St Albans. You’ll take ownership of store performance, customer service and team leadership to drive success and Costa buzz.

In addition to leading operations, you’ll drive sales, manage profit and develop your team, with Costa perks including share schemes, discount, pension match and an incentive plan up to £10,000, store dependent.
