Job summary

B&M Retail in the York area is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-turnover retail environment. You’ll have full accountability for store performance, drive sales, coach your team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role covers designated stores across York with travel across sites, requiring flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and holidays. You’ll make commercial decisions, manage stock, KPIs and uphold high store standards.

Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover York and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.
