Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Essex is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a high-energy retail environment. You will take ownership of store performance, drive sales, manage a team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across the designated Essex area.

Initially this designate role covers several stores and requires willingness to travel across the area. The role demands flexibility to work on days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays to ensure store excellence.
