Job summary

B&M Store Manager in Plymouth area is invited to lead a busy, high-energy retail store. You’ll own store performance, drive sales, lead a team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every day.

Flexibility to cover designate stores and travel across the area will be essential, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Join a growing retailer with 780 stores, offering real progression and a people-first culture.

Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Plymouth and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.
