Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in York is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead the shop floor, drive performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience daily.

As a permanent, full-time role on site, you’ll manage a team, coach staff, meet targets and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, including days, evenings and weekends.

You’ll own merchandising standards, support store operations and contribute to growth while embodying the brand values and customer-first approach.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
