Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail operation across the Bedfordshire region. You will be accountable for store performance, sales, people leadership and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.

The role starts in a designate capacity covering Bedfordshire, with travel across the area as required. Flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential to drive results in a busy, high-turnover environment.
