Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy store environment and deliver outstanding results. Initially designated to cover Bristol, the role may span several stores in the area, requiring willingness to travel across sites.

You will be fully accountable for store performance, drive sales and customer experience, and lead from the front with flexible hours across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
