Job summary

Aldi in Thornbury is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy £multi-million turnover store. You will manage people, sort deliveries, place orders, schedule hours and drive performance to maximise sales while delivering great customer service.

You will be focused on cost control, operational efficiency and staff development, motivating your team to meet targets and maintain high standards of service for our customers.

• Must have experience in leading teams in fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environments.
