Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a proactive Store Manager in our New Railey store to lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment. You will be responsible for store performance, sales growth, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.

As the store leader, you’ll manage a team, drive KPIs, control stock, and make commercial decisions to maximise profit while ensuring high standards and excellent service.
