Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Store Manager for our Trowbridge store. You will lead from the front in a fast-paced retail environment, owning store performance and delivering a brilliant customer experience every day.

Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential to succeed in this role. You will drive KPIs, manage stock, lead your team, and ensure high store standards while creating a seamless shopping journey for customers.
