Job summary

B&M Retail in Trowbridge is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. You’ll own store performance, drive sales, coach your team, and deliver a brilliant customer experience every day.

This role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, plus the ability to make commercial decisions, manage stock, and maintain high store standards.
