Job summary

B&M Retail in Watford is seeking a Store Manager to lead from the front in a high-energy, results-driven retail environment. You will be accountable for store performance, drive sales, lead your team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every day.

This role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with travel across the Watford area as needed. You’ll own the store operations, implement commercial strategies and develop a high-performing team.

Initially this will be in a designate role, to cover Watford Area and could cover several of our stores across the area. Being flexible to travel across this area would be essential.
