Lead by example on the shop floor, actively selling mobile plans, handsets, broadband and accessories.

Coach and motivate the team through practical feedback, product training and support during customer interactions.
Take ownership of store targets and KPIs, reviewing performance and acting on opportunities to improve.
Manage daily store operations, staff rotas and shop-floor coverage.
Oversee stock, deliveries, merchandising and store presentation.
Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally, maintaining high standards of service.
Maintain compliance with company procedures and brand standards.
Build a supportive team environment with clear expectations and accountability.
