Job summary

VPZ Neath is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations and coach a frontline team in a fast-growing vaping retail business. You will drive sales, manage rosters, maintain store standards, and oversee stock and cash handling.

Starting rate is £13.71 per hour plus bonus. In addition, you will benefit from a 25-50% staff discount on products; applicants must be 18+ and pass pre-employment screening and right-to-work checks. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role

• Retail Sales

• Helping your store meet and exceed targets

• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling

Experience required:

• Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail environment

• Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to cope with changing priorities
