Job summary

VPZ in Cwmbran is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant/ECS (E-Cigarette Specialist) to join our team. The role requires working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, with a permanent contract and 20/25 hours per week.

Applicants must be 18 or older and ready to deliver excellent customer service. You will be a key holder responsible for opening and closing the store, handling cash, and supporting the team in daily operations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Assistant to join our team inVPZ Cwmbran. You will be expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends. Applicants must be 18 years old or older.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide excellent customer care & advice
• Cash Handling
• Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
• Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• You will be a key holder, so will open and close the store
• Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running and housekeeping of the store
