VPZ Peterhead, part of the UK's leading vaping retailer, is hiring a Store Manager to lead our Peterhead team. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage rotas, stock, and cash handling, and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires retail team leadership, strong communication, adaptability to change, and a track record of meeting targets. A competitive bonus scheme accompanies a starting rate of £13.71 per hour, with staff discounts on products.

Starting Rate: £13.71 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
• Retail Sales
• Helping your store meet and exceed targets
• Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling

Experience required:

• Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail environment
• Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope with changing priorities
