Borough Kitchen is looking for a seasoned leader with extensive experience for our newest store at Battersea Power Station, one of London’s most iconic and fast-growing retail destinations.

This location represents an exciting new chapter for our business. Since 2013, Borough Kitchen has built a reputation for excellence in premium kitchenware retail and culinary education, with a loyal customer base across London and beyond. Our mission is to empower home cooks with the tools, skills, and confidence to cook well and often through a carefully curated product range and our highly regarded Cook School, with classes held in four of our five stores.

4. Merchandise with Purpose – Maintain and present our curated product range to the highest standards, ensuring displays are both functional and aligned with our design-led aesthetic.
5. Ensure Operational Excellence – Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, team scheduling, and store performance, with an eye for efficiency and detail.
6. Note: This role requires working on weekends and bank holidays as part of a shared schedule to ensure smooth operations during key times for our business. Your contribution during these periods is vital to our overall success and team support.
