We're looking for a highly organised, detail-driven E-commerce Store Manager to oversee our TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify platforms — with an eye on expanding to other marketplaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop and other future e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, availability, and content to ensure accuracy and maximise conversions.
• Coordinate inventory and shipments with warehousing and logistics teams to maintain stock accuracy and avoid sell-outs.
• Oversee marketplace compliance across Amazon, TikTok, and other platforms to prevent account suspensions or listing removals.
• Run promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
• Analyse performance data and KPIs, identify trends and take action to optimise results.
• Liaise with marketing and content teams to align product pages, ads and social media campaigns.
• Resolve customer service queries when escalated and ensure a positive buyer experience across all channels.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and best practices, and advise on new opportunities.
• Implement process improvements to streamline operations and drive profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce stores (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop essential).
• Excellent knowledge of product data management, fulfilment workflows, and platform policies.
• Data-savvy with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to prioritise multiple workstreams.
• Comfortable with tight deadlines and scaling in a startup environment.
• Bonus if you have experience with UK/EU fulfilment networks, international sales, or influencer-driven product launches.
