About the Role

We’re seeking passionate leaders to join Starbucks as Store Managers. As a store leader, you will be empowered to treat the store as your own business, creating a welcoming environment for both partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and execute store operations, ensuring coverage during all hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Analyze store data and observations to improve customer experience and store performance.
3. Manage staffing through forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting diverse talent.
4. Implement new initiatives to drive operational excellence and business results.
5. Support partner development through coaching, performance management, and relationship building.
6. Set goals to enhance partner engagement and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality, strong understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for creating positive customer experiences.

Additional Information

Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. All partners undergo comprehensive training to immerse in Starbucks culture and prepare for success.
