Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager for the Trostre Road store in Llanelli. You will lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment, owning store performance and customer experience.

As Store Manager you’ll drive sales, lead a diverse team, and make commercial decisions to maximise profit. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential to succeed in this role.
