Job summary

CLARK'S in Dartford is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the retail team and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, customer service excellence, and strong organisational skills to drive store performance. You’ll work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Ability to drive KPIs and achieve results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with team leadership.
• Willingness to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

About the role:

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role is a blend of leadership, customer service, and operational management. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can step in wherever needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI's and results.
