Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking an ambitious Store Manager for our Victoria store in the UK. You will lead a motivated team, drive sales and KPI performance, deliver outstanding customer service, and maintain store standards across availability, merchandising and presentation.

You will recruit, coach and develop colleagues, ensure health and safety compliance, and own store performance with fast-paced decision-making.

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Store Manager to lead our Victoria store. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing store team.
• Driving sales, profit and KPI performance through strong commercial decision-making.

• FMCG or big-box retail experience is desirable but not essential.
