B&M is seeking a proactive Deputy Store Manager for our Boucher Road store. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, keep high store standards and ensure outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment.

You'll lead shifts, coach colleagues and make commercial decisions to support store operations. The role offers development towards Store Management with a focus on customer-first performance and operational excellence.

We're looking for an ambitious and hands-on Deputy Store Manager to support the leadership of our Boucher Road store. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail supervisor, team manager or deputy manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing colleagues and is ready to build the skills needed to become a future Store Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll Also Bring

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous supervisory, team leader, department manager or deputy manager experience.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and operational standards.
• Experience coaching and developing colleagues.
• Confidence managing store processes, compliance and stock control.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
• FMCG or big-box retail experience is desirable but not essential.
