Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy Bristol-area store network. Initially a designate role across Bristol, with travel across the area to cover several stores.

You’ll be accountable for store performance, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. As the front-line leader, you’ll need flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, while building a high-performing team and maintaining high store standards.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on results and performance.
• Pride in delivering high store standards and customer experience.
• Proactive, hands-on leader who works from the front daily.
