B&M Retail is seeking experienced retail leaders to drive high performance across our UK stores. You will manage store operations, coach teams, and ensure compliance while delivering outstanding customer service. The role requires flexibility for weekends/bank holidays and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness with a KPI delivery track record.
• Hands-on store operations and people leadership.
• Confident in compliance, stock and health & safety.
• Weekend and bank holiday flexibility.
• FMCG or big-box retail experience desirable but not essential.
• Create positive customer experiences by leading by example.
• Collaborate as one team and celebrate success.
• Keep things simple, agile, and focused on priorities.
• Coach for growth and help others succeed.
• Behave like an owner by taking ownership and making sound commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Experience
