Job summary

JD Sports Fashion in London is seeking a retail manager to lead a busy store floor, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will motivate the team, safeguard operational standards, and support delivery of ambitious KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering sales targets.
• Ability to analyse KPIs and translate data into action.
• Experience coaching and developing colleagues for performance.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership with day to day operations to achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and upholding JD standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, providing real time feedback and reinforcing expectations set by store management.
• Maintain high presentation and operational standards, including product availability, pricing accuracy, visual displays, and store safety.
• Deliver key operational duties such as cash handling support, till checks, delivery processing, stock audits, and opening/closing routines.
