Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class guest experiences in our Manchester store. You will educate guests on products, engage with the community, and help drive store performance. The role supports a luxury shopping environment with adaptable hours and a focus on service excellence.

You’ll collaborate with teammates, move through the floor to assist guests, and maintain store standards. Prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have Right to Work documentation (EMEA).
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transport.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Conduct accurate and timely guest transactions and utilize omnichannel options.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to resolve issues.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and support all guests and teammates.
• Establish productive relationships with team members.
• Collaborate to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock from inventory as needed.
• Use in-store tech to support operations and guest experiences.
• Conduct cleaning to maintain a luxury store environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and applicable laws and procedures.
• Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
