Job summary

Boots Group in the United Kingdom is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead from the front, coach and support your team, and balance customer care with strong commercial performance on the shop floor.

You’ll report to the Store Manager, manage day-to-day operations, plan rosters, drive high standards for safety and service, and use data to identify opportunities to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a customer-facing environment.

• Ensure store compliance by audits, checks and risk assessments.
• Use data and in-store insight to identify opportunities and take action.
• Lead confidently in the Store Leader’s absence; own decisions and performance.
